- Activate your Campus Portal account by entering the activation key provided by your school or the Central Enrollment Center.
- If you do not have an activation key or need your password reset, please email parentportal@columbus.k12.oh.us for further assistance.
IMPORTANT: You must provide the following information in your email when requesting an activation key or password reset:
- Student name
- Student birth date
- School name
- Copy of the parent/guardian's government issued photo ID
